This data is from the NHTSA — the US gov't agency tasked with vehicle safety. Complaints are spread across multiple & redundant categories, & are not organized by problem.
So how do you find out what problems are occurring? For this NHTSA complaint data, the only way is to read through the comments below. Any duplicates or errors? It's not us.
When making a left-hand turn into a school parking lot, at normal turning speeds with no excessive acceleration or movement, without warning the carseat's lower left anchor disconnected from the metal bar on the back seat and fell to the right, with my son in it. I see no damage or defect on the latch itself; nor do I see anything wrong with the metal bar installed on the seat. I had trouble getting the lower left anchor to extend when I went to re-install the seat. Note: The carseat in question is an evenflo symphony 65, model #3121881, manufactured 01/19/2009. You do not list this model on your dropdown list for evenflo. (related vehicle information: Model year=2009, make=Chevrolet, model=Traverse lt).
