Surely there are more people with this issue? My previous Tahoe with 329,000+ miles on the original engine cracked 2-3 times but always weldable for $45, that was reasonable. However, with the 2009 Trailblazer it will require a new manifold plus 8 HOURS of labor to repair. Which is why it has not been repaired. The carbon monoxide coming into the interior as a result when the heat is running definitely prevents extended winter road trips. Labor on any repair with this vehicle is astronomical, not to mention every V8 Tahoe or truck with either 5.3 or 5.7L got better gas mileage than this go-cart.
