Low beam lights go out way too frequently. Will work at times but not always. After replacing the low beam relay it works for about a year. On my 4th relay in less then 4 years, I've started keeping a spare for emergencies

Not a very good feeling to be going to work in the dark.using low beams and they go off.Have to use high beams and oncoming cars are not very happy meeting someone with their lights on high, scared I'm going to get a ticket for having them on high something needs to be done about it.I really like my trailblazer. That is the only problem I have had with it.Very dangerous to be driving and the light go out I drive on a lot of country roads and have to watch out for deers and if the lights go out cant see them,Don't like hitting them they do a lot of damage to your vehicles and can cause death if this problem can be fix it would be wonderful going to fix this myself if i can don't like it being wrong thank you Ernestine Mckinney

My problem is an odd one,,, at least I think so! While driving at night my low beams just go out,, I flip over to high beams and they work. Of course I can't drive all night with the brights on, but unfortunately sometimes I have to, and I feel so bad for the other drivers. I'm sure they're calling me every name in the book and then some! I don't understand why the bright lights work and the low beams don't. I think that's the strangest thing. Any ideas out there. Thank you much!

The low beams won't come on sometimes. The high beams have always worked but for some reason the low beams work when they want to. I have been caught away from home at night and had to drive home with only high beams. No one has been able to find the problem to fix it. They will be off when I get home and when I start up the next morning they will be working again.

This problem started over a year ago, but it was rare so I didn't realize it was a real problem. In the last month they have gone off while driving several times. I would have to pull over to the side of the road to turn my engine off and on then they would work again. Last night, however, I tried that on my way to work at 3:30am and they didn't go on. I discovered that my high beams worked so I continued on. Luckily, I did not encounter another car. This is becoming more frequent and would like to know when and how the problem will be resolved before I end up having and accident.

'04 trailblazer. no low beams. Troublshooting indicates BCM because no 12vdc @ either 10 amp lo-beam fuse. But applying power to fuses lights the lamps. My book only shows one BCM under dvr rear seat but dealer says there is a front and rear BCM. Which is correct?

I have have had a problem with the headlights going out while driving down the road. It started about a year ago, it used to only happen when it was hot, low beams only. The high beams work. I also have the problem with the speedometer it started out only going out every once in a while but it now stays at a permanent 35 miles per hour. I have been laid off and have not been able to find a job so the repairs have not been done to my car I can only drive during the day. I wish this was covered under a recall. When I purchased the car I bought the warranty but it has since run out. It really needs to be fixed by Chevy since it is a large problem in these cars. It took a lawsuit to cover the more expensive versions of these vehicles. intermittantly
