This problem is only ONE of many but blower will only work on 4 and 5 you get nothing out of 1, 2 or 3.

HEARD OF PEOPLE GETTING THE MOTOR REPLACED AND CHARGED OUT THE NOSE FOR A PART THAT TAKES 20 MIN. TO REPLACE.

Had same problems as others have listed worked only on speed 4 I ordered new part blower resistor put it in now works on speeds1-4 but still not 5 never ever again a Chevy trailblazer too many electrical problems

I have the same problem as people before have posted. No air coming out of the vents what so ever. Will blow on the floor, but thats it. When I attempt to turn it on the RPM's go down, the the truck shuts off when the truck is idling.

SINCE 2008 I HAVEN'T HAD ANY HEAT OR AIR BLOW OUT OF THE DASH PANELS WHEN I SET THE POSITION SWITCH TO DASH NOTHING OPENS OR COMES OUT? gETS PRETTY COLD HERE IN UPSTATE N.Y. WITH JUST DEFROST THAT WORKS.

I have the same problem as another person. The fan will blow on the floor and the defroster,but the air will not come from the dash vents. Depending on how I am treated will depend on if I buy another Chevrolet.

Frigging blower fan just stopped blowing through the dash panel, it only blows on the defroster and on the floor.

I have the extended warranty but the dealer says I get to pay $175.00 so they can see if the warranty covers the problem.

Annoying that the blower for the a/c and heater does not work on all settings. It works on 4 only and very loud and either too cool or too hot.

I just want my wife to stop yelling at me that this car is a piece of sh*t.help please!

The AC and heat doesn't work on the #1 setting. All of the other numbers work even the back AC.

My husband just bough this car,he does not get as cold as I do,so I was the first to notice.It takes a long time to get warm and the blower does'nt work on 4or5. It should have been fixed before they were permitted to sell.

Spoke to GM rep at local autoshow who informed me they had the same problem with their GM Avalanche.

My AC/heater has slowly been deteriorating. It started with level 3, then 4, now 5. I am afraid it is going to go out all together. It is starting to get cold outside and I am going to be one unhappey customer if I have no heat. It is already aggravating, because it is either full blast or nothing. Chevrolet should fix this problem since I see it has been happening to other people as well, therefore it has to be a malfunctioning product.

The rear air will only work on the floor setting. Which really stinks in the summer for my children. It doesn't cool down as well when on the floor setting in the heat of the summer. There is also a annoying sound coming from the passenger very rear interior side panel ever since it stopped working. It sounds like a wood pecker. The sound lasts for about 1 minute after you start the car.

The fan will not work on setting 5. Works on 1-4 though.

I'm driving my daughters to gymnastics; it's 90 degrees out; the air conditioning is set on #2 and it just stops. I turn it off, then on again to #1...nothing. Turn it to #2...nothing. Turn it to #3...and it starts blowing like crazy. So suddenly #1 and #2 won't work, but #3 still blows like #3 should. This is a royal pain! We are all either freezing or sweating. Not to mention that I also have a 9 week old who is now NEVER happy in the car anymore.
