Our blazer began overheating out of the blue. We added water and in about three days it was overheating again. Not just a little hot, almost to the red. We have had it looked at twice and our mechanic says it is coming from the rear heating cord, but this hasn't fixed it. Apparently now water goes straight out when you put it in and we have to refill it every time we go somewhere. We figured this out the other day when I was stranded behind a bus after we thought the problem was fixed and I had no where to pull off, even turned motor off while waiting on bus but before I could get off the road it got so hot it turned off on me. I am so afraid what kind of damage has been done to motor.
