Airflow control servo quit working. Could only get cold air from flipping the control knob to defrost, Couldn't get any cold air out of the front vents. Made for tough driving on hot, humid nights. Windshield wanted to fog over. Made a simple redneck solution and put a cover over the defrost vent to blow the air out to me and keep it off the windshield. It helps but having the flow control working proper like it's supposed to would be way more convenient!

My TB has a rear zone control. At some point it decided that the rear zone no longer needs heat. I've checked it multiple times and one various settings - feet, head, both - and it just won't blow hot air out the rear vents, just cold. Though I think every once in a while it does give warm air. Still screwed up though. Since I keep blankets in the back and the kids are not complaining too loudly, I'll just put up with it. I'm afraid to find out how much it will cost to fix...
