CarComplaints.com Notes: Carrying the not-so-proud traditions of its 2002 predecessor, the 2003 has a handful of instrument panel malfunctions that can leave you guessing your speed, engine temperature or how much gas is left in the tank.
When I purchased the TB in '06, it was fall, so there was no use testing the A/C as it was quite chilly out. Well, now that it is summer and hotter than hell, I NEED MY A/C!! Now, I find out that it is the A/C low pressure hose, it cost about $400 just for testing it and looking for the problem, not fixing it! At the same place I had it checked, they said it would be around another $1000 to have it fixed, parts and labor. I have talked to several different auto repair shops to get estimates and they said that they are seeing more of this same problem in the 2003 TrailBlazer around here, so why isn't this part being recalled if there are so many problems with it? another thing that sux is that the extended warranty will not cover it!!!
The A/C is cold and works, but sometimes just blows warm air. I hate this car and all its many many probs!! Its a lemon from hell and it also has bad luck!! I have had this car for less than 3 months. I called the place I bought it from and they are going to fix it. They are showing me 2007 Impalas tomorrow.
