CarComplaints.com Notes: The Trailblazer emerged from an "upscale trim line" of the Blazer, but there's nothing upscale about its transmission problems or its wonky, unpredictable headlights.

2002 Trailblazers stink...I've had to get a new transmission, change a fuel sending unit, tierod ends three times inner and outer, goes thru breaks and rotors like mad...and had to replace transmission lines, cause they rot...the reason for a new transmission the first time!!! Power steering line ready to rot now!! Electric seat panel falling off, the 4 wheel drive will jump from 2 wheel to 4 wheel for no reason, doors lock when they want to, rear defrost only works half way up, rear window hatch seized up, gas cap cover broken and flaps in the breeze, but the best thing...driver door doesn't close! That's new...not sure of the solution for that yet...hmmmmm...it was paid off this past June 2011 and I'll never get another one! Chevy used to rock...I had a corsica...best car I ever owned...never had a lick of trouble...had it for 10+ years...ahhh...the good 'ol days...bring 'em back, chevy!!! GRRRRRR!!!!
