While driving 30 mph the accelerator cable became stuck and the vehicle accelerated at a high speed. This caused lost of control of vehicle and resulted in the vehicle flipping over three times. Consumer sustained back injuries as a result. Consumer feels this was caused due to the defect stated in a recall: Accelerator cable casting cap 03V512000. The consumer's vehicle was outside the remedy scope.
