After purchasing car, consumer complained that brake and gas pedal felt abnormal, was advised by dealership that it was just a matter of growing accustomed to the new vehicle, brake light appeared lit and stayed lit during entire ride home, when consumer went to register car, it failed inspection due to head light being burned out and leaking on right rear brake as a result of leaking axle, and was adv that brake light light staying lit could be a safety hazard, consumer was adv that rear brake shoes, machine the rear brake drums and replacement of axle seal was needed, after picking up vehicle from dealership, and got in car to drive off was unable to brake, consumer nearly ran stop sign, and after testing with mechanic he agreed brakes were unsafe and took vehicle back for brake adjustment.
