Customer Satisfaction Program - Certain vehicles may have a condition in which a â??Download Pausedâ?? message may appear on the radio display, causing a battery drain condition after receiving an Over The Air (OTA) update. Dealers will charge and test the battery. The battery will be replaced if it fails the test. The Serial Data Gateway Module (SDGM) will also be reprogrammed.
