This is a known problem with the condensers. However, only certain VIN numbers are covered under the extended warranty. Dealership says they know exactly what the problem is and it happens all the time to these models.

I took the truck in for the starter sound and the dealer said the Freon was low on it. They will refill it. They found a lot of problems with this truck. Most of which should start at 150,000 miles, not 14,507. I've had less major problems with my 2004 Trailblazer with 318,000 miles on it.
