Fuel infector failed at 500 miles, another went bad at 800 miles. Fuel was pouring out from under the car. After you read my other comments you will wish it had burned up like me. Reported a loose wire or something under driver's side dash at time of first fuel injector problem (can not duplicate) was the answer.
At approximately 2000 miles a terrible rattle occurred in the passenger pillar. After numerous visits to the shop and working on the problem myself I finally narrowed the problem down and they replaced a bad door check. The rattle was so loud and annoying I wanted to pull my hair out. The rattle in the dash is still there and sounds like someone is typing out Morse code. The car has been in the shop for 3 days straight to find this rattle and nothing has been accomplished. Over all I would estimate it has been in the shop for 8-10 days for this problem. It has become more than ridiculous.
I hate my $64,000.00 mistake. I have had the audio controls on the steering wheel stop working numerous times and they can't seem to fix that. The display on the instrument panel will say no presets stored when you push the steering wheel controls but they are set and they show on the navigation screen. I have had a message appear several times on the nav screen to have the camera serviced. Now the rear passenger door panel clunks around severely and the dealership put a rag under some part to get it to stop temporarily until they can figure out what to do but it has already started back. Front Morse code rattle is still there and it is awful. I had another severe rattle above my head around the sunroof and they had to secure loose wires. Heated seats do not seem to work all the time when you start the car remotely like they are supposed to. Driver seat is loose in the tracks and shifts when you take a turn. Windshield wipers came on one day when there was no rain and then stopped (weird). This car is the biggest piece of junk I have ever owned. Like I said earlier a big mistake. It seams to rattle everywhere.
I have tried contacting Chevrolet directly for results but nothing comes of it. I now have 8000 miles on the car and only two things have been fixed, fuel injectors and rear door check rattle in b pillar. My last car was a 2010 Nissan Armada Platinum and drove it for 140,000 miles with no problems, not even a squeak and definitely not a fuel problem or electrical issues. I hate to think what the Chevy junk will be like after 140,000 miles. I doubt it will make it. My recommendation as you can guess is do not buy a 2015 Tahoe.
