AC / heater problem

- 2015 Tahoe LT V8 - 31,000 Miles - My ac in the back (2nd and 3rd row) begin to go out and work only when it wanted to. Then one day heading home from work in April, while in the "great" Florida weather my ac completely fells on me. I call the dealership and they have me bring it in. I was initially told because it was so hot in Florida it was taking a little longer to cool off which was complete BS. Once they check my truck they realize my condenser has completely fell. I have been in a loaner since and I am told the part is on a Nationwide back order with no idea when it will come in.......As many others have stated on this site, with the car being so new, I cant understand how the part is unavailable and has been for months but there hasn't been a recall?

This vehicle is young and expensive, there should be no way the condenser is bad. The worst part is the replacement is on national back order and the dealership says I will get a postcard once the part comes is available. Are you kidding? A postcard? Checked aftermarket parts and they are not available either. Something needs to be done.
