The contact owns a 2010 Chevrolet Tahoe. The contact was driving in snowy weather with the windshield wipers and defroster activated when the wipers began to freeze and would not clear the snow from the windshield. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where she was advised that they were unable to alter the design of the vehicle. The vehicle was not repaired and no further assistance was provided. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure and current mileage was 13,500. Updated 05/03/11 the consumer stated there were no defroster vents on the right and left side of the windshield.
