The contact owns a 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe. While driving 25 mph, smoke appeared underneath the hood. The contact threw snow on the vehicle to extinguish the fire. The engine would not turn off. She drove the vehicle to the dealer for repair; however, the dealer and the insurance company did not know who could repair the damage. The dealer stated that the wiring harness caused the fire.
