The contact owns a 2006 Chevrolet Tahoe. The vehicle has Goodyear Eagle ls, size P225/60R16 tires. While driving 55-60 mph, the vehicle alarm sounded, which indicated that the tire pressure was low. The contact pulled into a gas station and noticed that the tire was flat. She went to a tire store and the entire tire was coming apart with a three inch split in the tread in the driver side rear tire. The tire was the original tire that came with the vehicle. The VIN and dot number were unknown. The current and failure mileages were 19,700.
