I bought this used vehicle 3 years ago. Three days after purchase the problems began, first it was the air bag light. We took it back and they wanted to charge me 400 dollars. That was a no, next it started having occasional glitches to which no answers could be found. Finally last summer the transmission went out when I was on a trip over 100 miles from home. I have had it towed 7 times. Finally ended up replacing the transmission when it died we could not even park it because it would roll down hill so we had to use blocks. About the same time as the transmission issue we notices glitches again electrical this time. I found out that when I purchased the vehicle there was an open recall on it but we were never informed or contact about this. Now we have major electrical and mechanical issues. Probably needs a new dash and computer at this point. I have poured thousands of dollars into this vehicle and I still owe on it making it impossible to fix and or trade in at this point. I am so tired of dealing with issues regarding this vehicle and I never recover financially before the next issues begins. This has been exhausting. I have called GM in tears several times and all I get is circular talk and I am sick of it. I should have been contacted about that recall why it was still viable. I will never buy another vehicle from that dealership and I may never buy another Chevy. Recourse for us is very small and we will probably have to continue to pour thousands more into this vehicle. I am angry and frustrated and to be quite honest I do not think there is anything GM can do at this point to satisfy our needs since they seem to have no interest in helping us. I have now been told the district person will call me but to be honest even if they do I doubt we will come to a comparable solution because I feel I cannot trust or believe them. I am now going to face hundreds in diagnostic fees and probably 1000 more in repairs. I cannot wait until I can get rid of this vehicle it is no longer safe!
