Brakes were hesitating to stop vehicle whenever they were applied. Took vehicle to Beck Chevrolet in Yonkers, New York, where it was assessed that brakes were rusted out on all four tires. Rust most likely result of salty/snowy road conditions up in Watertown (Northern New York) during the winters. Beck Chevrolet recommended total replacement due to this being a safety issue. Total cost was paid out of pocket.
