I purchased a LED panel on Mar 2012 and the following year I could not get my truck inspected because the NEW led(back light) did not work again so I took it back to the dealership to correct the problem AND it was corrected since it was still under warranty. However, I discovered today the LED panel is out again so I took it back to the dealership and was charged for a new LED panel since the previous one did not work a year later so I spoke with the service manager to inquire about why is this happening since this problem seems to occur every other year and NO ONE could answer me to include the Service Manager- I can't believe the only solution he gave me was "I will call me parts guy and get back with you" so much for customer service and I was out 252. bucks because I need to get my truck inspected.
I am out on various sites to see if there is a product malfunction for this LED panel at this time
