I am really disappointed in the dealer response in denying that this is a design flaw. They did offer a $599 repair, which is a partial admission of guilt. Current repair is more like $1000 as the whole assembly is $800.

Chev. should be ashamed to make a consumer pay for an entire window when on the hinge is broke!!! Have you also noticed that most Tahoe, Yukon , Escaldes all have day light out usually at the bottom. Just another defect they do not want to take care of.
