The harness on the child seat loosened from the back of the child S seat. Consumer turned while at a light to look at the child and determined that the harness was not secure.
Took vehicle to have tether anchors installed T child seat. Dealer used front tie down brackets after owner's manual read do not use front set of tie down brackets to install anchors. Dealer also indicated manual was wrong.
