I seem to have a problem with my ABS brakes. I believe it was a contributing factor in 1 accident. Resulting in damage to 2 trucks. It was repaired but the bodyshop, associated with a GM dealer, failed to repair and or indentify the brake problem.
Engine check light came on/ fuel spilled out of fuel injector. Took vehicle to dealer, who found fuel had spilled onto distributor cap and wires, shorting out distributor and causing corrosion. Also, in September 2000, brake pedal got hard progressivly. Took vehicle to dealer who found brake master cylinder was defective.
Power door locks would lock & unlock after getting wet. Have taken to dealer for repairs, but problem with the locks has reappeared. Also, rear hatch would open unexpectedly while driving. Have taken vehicle back to dealer for repairs. The keyless entry also failed. The hood release handle malfunctions.
