I made an appointment on line. I went to the dealership. The person in the bay said the advisor no longer works there and that If I drop my car, it will be 3 weeks for anyone to look at it. When I said will you provide alternative transport, he said no. So basically I need to drop my car for 3 weeks for them to even look at it. I did not drop the vehicle as I was not prepared.
I am going again to the dealership again, this time all prepared. Hopefully they address this issue. I have read online that this is a known issue and will be covered under warranty. Lets see.
