24hr after purchase went to remove head rest on 2nd row seats to find they upholstered over the seat headrest release clips, and when removed, you're left with unfinished holes in the top of the seat... the head rest must be removed for child safety seat.
We approached service department they pull a TSB saying its an issue and then later find another TSB stating there really isn't a known fix and all the Tahoe and suburbans are like that... this is unacceptable on an 80k vehicle.
