- Summary
- This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that may have a squeak, clunk, or knock type noise from the front suspension when hitting bumps. Technician should use published Service Information diagnostics. If the source of the noise has been pinpointed to either the left or right front strut, and if the strut has not been previously disassembled technician will need to contact the General Motors Technical Assistance Center for more information.
