When I purchased the vehicle we did not notice the rust on the inside of the bottom of the passenger door's. There are no leaks on either side I’ve never seen anything like this. We received a car fax no damage was reported. It’ appears poor paint was used. I am the second owner. This needs to be fixed the quality of paint apparently is the issue.
