MY SUBURBAN WENT DOWN THE ROAD LIKE AN OLD WAGON AND HORSE ON THE TRAIL. I FELT EVERY CONCRETE SEAM ON THE INTERSTATE. IT MADE ME SICK AND HURT MY EYES.

i SPOKE TO THE DEALER WHO WAS VERY HELPFUL. THEY STATED THEY DO 3/4 A WEEK ON GMC'S CHEVROLET'S AND CADILAC'S. THEY STATED IT SHOULD BE A RECALLED ITEM BECAUSE OF ALL THE ONES THEY REPLACE, BUT SAID GMC REFUSES UNTIL ENOUGH COMPLAINTS ARE MADE. I REPLACED BOTH FRONT SUSPENSION AIRBAGS AND PAID $1,000 A PIECE AND MY VEHICLE HAD UNDER 66,000. THIS SHOULD BE A RECALLED/DEFECTIVE ITEM. DEALER STATED THE REAR SUSPENSION AIRBAGS ARE GOING TO GO, BASED ON THEIR PAST EXPERIENCES.

Drastic change in suspension, due to BOTH front end shocks leaking. Problem first noticed at 47,000 miles, and the vehicle is now unbearable to drive at 51,000 miles. This is not my first Suburban, and the shocks should not be failing so soon. I am disappointed and angry that Chevy is not backing this costly repair.

Suburban 5.3L V8

I purchased my 2015 Chevy Suburban for my wife and 3 young boys. I chose the car because of the size, reliability, safety, affordable to fix and durable enough for a family. Unfortunately, the part that is most important to me, safety is failing. About a month ago my wife started complaining that the car was very bouncy. I took it for a ride and was shocked at how I was being bounced up in the air going over bumps and pot holes at regular speeds. I took this to the dealership and they blamed it on the tires and recommended I balance them and rotate the front tires to the back, oh and replace the back breaks. I did all that for $700 and the car isn't any better, in fact it is getting worse. I'm just finding out now that this is a known issue and Chevrolet isn't doing anything about it???? This is a major safety issue with a car that is clearly designed for transporting families and groups. 100% no regard for safety and irresponsible on their part to now have a solution for this and some defined path to helping the consumer fix this. Why wait for an accident or worse a death related to this to take action? Telling everyone i know about this in hopes that they stay away from GM products. #GMdoesntcare...
