The issue is that the radio volume would go to maximum and you are not able to turn it off. you can lower the volume but it would go back to high.
this is the second time it happened since i owned the vehicle. first time it happened 2 yrs ago, i disconnected the battery and it was fine. the second time it happened when i was travelling with my 3 kids. this time i located the fuse at passenger side panel and removed the radio fuse overnight and it is fine.
