I bought my suburban brand new and thought this car is the best. Slowly everything started to chip away inside which was fine with me I have kids so it would happen sooner or later But when the running board along the sides of my doors started to look like they had rust on them was a problem for me.. I know fiberglass can not rust so I wondered what it was. I bought it to the dealerships attention and they said it was dirt that needed to be cleaned off good. Well they tried and nothing changed. As time went on it looks really bad now My car looks like it is 20 years old and it is only 4 years old. Pretty sad I finally decided to read the owners manual that came with the car and there I found where it say that Chevy needs to repair and parts that is material defect and this is a defect on Chevy's part not mine. Now they have my car now and they are taking a look at it now. Hopefully they take care of it if not I'm calling chevy myself to get it resolved.
