The contact owns a 2008 Chevrolet Suburban. The contact stated that the air conditioner board lining was defective and caused damage to the air conditioner bolts. The bolts separated from the air conditioner lines, causing the air conditioner lines to leak coolant. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic and it was diagnosed that the air conditioner lines needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer for diagnostic testing or repairs. The failure mileage was 128,123.
