While driving at 25-30 mph consumer's vehicle was involved in a frontal collision with another vehicle. Upon impact, neither frontal air bag deployed. Driver sustained head injuries, and was transported to local hospital. Manufacturer was contacted.
While driving 30 mph vehicle was involved in a front end collision. Upon impact, front air bags did not deploy, and there was no indication that there was a problem with the air bags.
Was traveling approximately 35mph when the vehicle rearended a conversion van. Upon impact with the van, the air bags did not deploy. Seat belts were in use. The conversion van was stationary. Will be taking vehicle to dealer.
Consumer's wife was in a front end collision and air bags did not deploy. Was told by manufacturer that the injuries that consumer's wife sustained were not enough to warrant an investigation.
Had to apply brakes after going 50-55mph on ice. Vehicle hit guardrail head on & spun around & rear hit guardrail. Upon impact, neither air bags deployed. Driver's seat belt did not restrain. Vehicle's front pushed back into tires. Vehicle towed.

When traveling 20 mph upon avoiding hitting a patch of ice consumer therefore depressed the brake pedal when the driver side air bag deployed forcing the occupant arms and hands to be forced off the steering wheel causing loss of vehicle control resulting in an accident. Consumer has contacted the dealer, dealer states due to dislocation of the air bag sensors.
