This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about there is a Diagnostic Trouble Code P0ABB or P0A0C set while attempting to disable the high voltage system. Diagnostic Trouble Code P0A0C or P0ABB could be induced if the Manual Service Disconnect was not fully seated and latched. P0ABB could be induced if the Manual Service Disconnect was pulled without allowing the vehicle Controller Area Network Bus to power down or if the 12V Accessory Battery was not disconnected.
