This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that have a Service Vehicle Soon Malfunction Indicator Lamp on and/or the air conditioning may be inoperative. Technician may find Diagnostic Trouble Code P0071. Technician will need to reprogram the Hybrid Powertrain Control Module 2 using Service Programming System and Tis2Web.
