- Summary
- This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that the vehicle did not fully complete a charge or that charging was interrupted. Technicians may find Diagnostic Trouble Codes P1E00 set in the Engine Control Module and P0D3E or P0D3F set in the Hybrid Powertrain Control Module 2. Dealer should verify witch charging outlet is installed at the customer?s home. If the customer is using a SPX Power Xpress level 2 (240 volt) charger, please have them contact SPX using the phone number on the front of the charge unit, as a charge unit calibration is available that may correct the concern. For all other Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment's make sure the customer has the outlet and circuit tested by a certified electrician.
