First incident was the day before, was driving & felt like the wheel just slid like it was on a rock. Then the next day Was driving 30-35 hour and going up a hill and heard a clung noise then my tire or steering wheel locked up had no control and ended in a ditch. Did get it out of ditch and taken home. called GM and had it towed. We are on the end of the 2nd week and still no answers. They sent out a inspector, still have not heard nothing. Then we have had 3 claims adjusters called when we were working with one already. Nobody seems to know what is going on. Gm GM gave me a rental car . This has happened to another person I see too. She actually ended in a really bad accident. I would just like to know what is going on. Can't seem to get any answers. If they have it a month I am going to ask for a month's payment back, as I have not had my car 2 weeks .. Very confusing with multiple calls from different claims people asking the same questions when we are working with someone. Wow.
