The first time this happened the dealership (David Maus Chevrolet) had my car for a week, now the car is not under warranty and the decals are once again coming off. I was told by Chevrolet that it is covered but I have to go back to David Maus for the repair, well I now live in S.C., NEVER EVER purchasing a Chevrolet.
Update from Aug 1, 2017: Talked to Chevrolet about this issue, they said other Spark owners are having the same problem but was not covered under any warranty.
