This 2013 Spark has a broken speedometer. The speed sensor on the manual transmission is sending bad data to the main computer. Part inside the transmission is supposed to be turning in sync. Part is freewheeling (loose) causing a faulty readout on the speedometer.
Same part issue is not letting computer show ready on all ports for emissions test.
Update from Jun 14, 2022: After the transmission was replaced, the speedometer is working fine and the engine is no longer stalling. Anyone experiencing the same issues , feel free to join me for a lawsuit against GM.
