The power door locks began to lock and unlock without any input from the key fob or button. This also caused a check engine light on the dash. The dealer said there was a communication issue between the ECM and BCM. After replacing the BCM the problem returned multiple times. It has been back twice to be reprogrammed by the dealer. My wife was really concerned because she frequently parks the car in busy parking lots as part of her job and fears she will find the car looted, vandalized, or gone. We have given up on trying to resolve this.
