The contact owns a 2012 Chevrolet Sonic equipped with hankook optimo tires, size: 195/65/R15 (N/a). The contact stated that she took the vehicle to the dealer for an oil change and noticed that there were bubbles in the front driver's side tire. The contact stated that she contacted the dealer and but they provided no assistance. The vehicle was repaired however, the failure later occurred on the rear passenger's side tire. The failure mileage was 9,000. The dot number was unavailable.
