The contact owns a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado. While driving approximately 25 mph, the rear of the vehicle vibrated without warning. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer where it was diagnosed that the tires needed to be replaced. The contact replaced the tires, but the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken to another local dealer where it was diagnosed that the failure was a known issue without a remedy. The vibration became worse, causing motion sickness for the driver. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and stated that it was a known issue and that the remedy was not worked out yet. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was less than 3,000.
