: the contact stated the vehicle was taken to a dealership to have recall repairs performed on the ABS. The NHTSA campaign id is 05V379000. The vehicle was still having the same type of problems after the repairs were made. The vehicle was driven for a period of time before it was taken to an independent repair shop for inspection. Upon inspection the problem was the left front wheel hub needed to be replaced. Repairs were made, this fixed the problem. The contact heard about a recall that was on the wheel hub. The NHTSA campaign id is 00X001000. The manufacturer was contacted the vehicle is not included in the recall due to the VIN.
Consumer states vehicle pulls to the right and left when braking, in addition, there was a rattle noise in the left front end when going over bumps. The left rear tail light bulb was inoperative. The left front wheel cover came off. The tail pipe made a rattle noise, the dealer replaced the tail pipe. The fog light bulb was inoperative. The front brakes made a grinding noise when they were applied. The air condition was not cooling properly. The wood trim on the dash was loose. The right rear axle seal leaked. The plastic compartment above the glove box was cracked. The base of the windshield was cracked.
Brake light and parking light were wired incorrectly, causing operation to work reversed. Brake lining broke off from metal pad while driving, resulting in severe damage to rotors. Alignment warped rotors. At 30-35mph the tire incident threw the cap off of rear driver sid tire, resulting in severe damage to gas tank and tire ripped off the gas tank inlet.
