The contact owns a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500. The contact stated that upon removing the front passenger-??s side floor mat he noticed that there was water leaking underneath the dash onto the floorboard and floor mat. Additionally, the A/C button control light was flickering. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who informed the contact that the manufacturer's leak detection team would diagnose the vehicle. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and a case was opened. The failure mileage was approximately 71,800.
