I bought Chevy Silverado 2019 HD. Recently I took my car to service because when I start the car to go to work, the AC of the car will take between 3 to 5 minutes to start to cool off. They are telling me that it is normal for this car to take all that time for the AC to start cooling off.
I called Chevy corporation and they are telling me that they has no documentation or recall on this car regarding the AC and that the manual does not refer at any time as how long will it take for the AC to kick in. A horrible experience that people that built the car do not have an answer if this is normal or not on this car. Car had 32000 miles when this happened.
