This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about when starting the vehicle there is a lack of air flow through the Heater-Vent-Air Conditioning vents and that the indicators on the Heater-Vent-Air Conditioning controls are illuminated and the display may show Heater-Vent-Air Conditioning off. Technician should reprogram the Heater-Vent-Air Conditioning control module using Service Programming System with the latest calibration.
