I just bought this vehicle, on day 2 I notice the vehicle vibrates when driving over 70 mph. I take it back to the dealership a day later and they put new tires on the rear. That doesn't work. So I take it back to the dealership a second time, they keep it for 5 days and tell me that they swapped out the tires again. Well if that didn't work the first time, why do it again????
The dealership contacted GM Tech Support and they tell the mechanic that they're aware the tires are crap and they're having nothing but problems with them, so just keep putting on new tires until you get a pair that isn't defective!!!!! It still vibrates. I've owned the vehicle less than a month. I ask the dealership if they will put different shocks on the truck, maybe that will stop the vibration. They agree, but GM tells them no.
GM says there is no "Posted Bulletin" out on the vehicle, so there is nothing more they will do to stop the vibration. GM says it's supposed to be that way...I'm so pissed I could scream!!!! My way of thinking is this, if you drop $50,000 on a truck you expect it to be put together right, it's obvious GM doesn't think so. They're satisfied with putting out junk and the worse part is they know they're putting vehicles out that have an issue.
Basically not enough people have complained about it for them to release a "Bulletin". I'm 2 repair trips away from a lemon law suit and trust me, when I get my money back from GM I'm buying a RAM.
