Got truck May 2014. Has only 27,000 miles. Chevy corp office said cause we didn't use a Chevy dealership we were not covered, then he realized we were over the 3 year mark also and he thought I had a complaint on a 15 Sonic?? What? He was all screwed up and didn't ask for any pictures either. We refused to take to Chevy dealer because the cost. I just took my 2015 Traverse there this spring for a sensor replacement and they called me and told me they had to replace my transmission because they broke something on it. We just want our money back. Why should we have to use the one dealership to fix our vehicle when they screwed something up last time. Also 3 mechanics and one person at the dealership said they have never seen this before.
