This truck has been the devil truck since I purchased it new. Too many issues to mention. Full front drive train bearings under 30k miles, bar on driver seat poked through seat, 2 times, 12k miles. Have changed calipers a total of 6 times, 2 times brake linings, 4 rotors, Emergency brake cable broke, hardly used, rear end cover rotted out, constant water leak in the cab when it rains. Actually caulked all the lights and antenna on cab. Transmission cooler rotted out, Transmission line, all of them rotted out. Radio speakers don't work, Instrument cluster went bad, The underside of the truck looks like it has been dipped in a salt bath. Truck is used primarily to go to the dump on week ends and to home depot. This is from Connecticut, not Maine of Vermont.
I was always a GM guy, not anymore. I have a 2004 Camry, 2012 Toyota FJ cruiser and a 2018 Toyota Sequoia. None of those vehicles look like my truck, the Camry and FJ have more mileage. I tell everyone I can stay away form a GM product. When you buy GM all the time you get used to a certain percentage of issues, not this many for a truck that is lightly used. This truck has had more issues than all of my cars collectively since I have been driving for 48 years.
