The contact owns a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado 2500. While driving 45 mph, the front passenger side wheel separated from the vehicle. The contact was able to drive the vehicle to a parking lot without causing a crash. The dealer stated that the failure was due to a separation of the wheel knuckle assembly, from the upper and lower arm, as a result of impact to the area. The contact stated that there was no impact at the time of the failure. The dealer refused to accept any further calls from the contact. The failure and current mileages were 13,300.
The contact owns a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado. While driving 45 mph, the contact lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle began to steer itself and the brakes failed. The vehicle then crashed into a telephone pole and was towed to the repair shop. The driver side front steering knuckle failed. The contact has the part and pictures, if needed.
