Windshied wipers, stopped working ---then could get them on only on high. GM dealer and GM replaced chip/mtr GM paid for part, dealer charged $180. Now I hear re-calls on 1999 and up on same thing.. I have 2002 Silverado since 2002 not in re-call, figured you should be aware, , problem still exist.
The windshield wipers became inoperable. A recall has been issued on similar makes and models, however this vehicle is not include due the VIN#. dealer has been notified.provide further information.
